• Contact details you provide — your name, email address, phone number, and any message or event details you send us through our website contact form, by email, or over WhatsApp.
• WhatsApp & messaging data — your phone number, the content of messages you exchange with us, and your opt-in status, when you choose to communicate with us via WhatsApp (which is provided by Meta Platforms, Inc.).
• Event planning information — details you voluntarily share so we can plan your celebration, such as dates, guest counts, preferences, and budget.
• Basic website usage data — standard technical information (such as browser type and pages viewed) that our hosting provider may log for security and performance.

We do not collect sensitive personal information beyond what you voluntarily provide, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to your inquiries and provide quotes and consultations;
• Plan, design, coordinate, and deliver wedding and event services you request;
• Send you messages you have opted in to receive — such as planning updates, invitations, RSVP requests, and event logistics — over WhatsApp, email, or phone;

3. WhatsApp Business Messaging

We use the WhatsApp Business Platform, provided by Meta, to communicate with clients and their guests. We send business-initiated messages only to recipients who have opted in to hear from us. Your use of WhatsApp is also governed by WhatsApp’s own Privacy Policy. You can opt out at any time by replying “STOP” to any message or by contacting us using the details below, and we will stop sending you messages.

4. How We Share Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only as needed to operate our business, including with:

• Meta / WhatsApp — to deliver messages you have opted in to receive;
• Trusted service providers — such as our website host (Vercel) and our contact-form processor, who handle data only on our behalf;
• Event vendors — only where necessary to deliver services you have engaged us for, and only the information required to do so; and
• Legal authorities — where required by law.

5. Data Retention

We keep your personal information only for as long as necessary to provide our services, maintain our business records, and meet legal obligations. When it is no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymise it.
